- Registration: Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Acupuncture Association of Charted Physiotherapists (AACP), MSc Ost British school of Osteopathy. We are covered by Balens Insurances.
- Extensive NHS and private practice experience, in specialist areas, which his help in quickly diagnosing your concerns and apply the most appropriate course of action.
- To ensure all our members get seen within 48 hours, we are open late in the evenings and on weekends.
- We provide online bookings for all our patients. Just click on the “Appointment booking” tab and follow through the screen messages but if you are not very familiar with an online system or require urgent help, please contact us on 02071015086 and you will get a response as soon available.
- We are in the business ” To earn a million hearts and not a million pounds “ and with that motive we do our best to give you the best care and advice at every session. If we are not satisfied with your progress, we will refer you.

- New symptoms require an initial appointment, which is standard protocol across the industry for new and existing clients. You will be emailed a document- which must be completed and returned prior to your visit
- Your initial appointment will consist of 15-20 minutes consultation, which can be done in person or via the telephone.
- This is followed by an in-person physical assessment 25-30 mins either on the day or another day, which the clinician will book for you.
- Depending on the remain allotted time some treatment will be conducted
- Please come dressed in comfortable clothing as we may need to access the surrounding area of pain as well as areas above and below.
- After your initial session is completed, and you want to continue with us please, we have packages of 4, 6, 8 to help you along your committed pathway journey.
- If you have reviewed our site and have questions and need to speak with us before you make any decisions why not reserve a slot under our slot type mark counselling session, that way you can have 20 mins dedicated uninterrupted time with our specialist consultant.
